All of our trainers are trained in the Westfield Fitness training philosophy, technique and protocals and practice hardstyle kettlebell techniques. So no matter how you choose to train, or who you train with, you will still get the same great program and exercises, and the same great results.
SMALL GROUP KETTLEBELL TRAINING: At the core of this high-intensity training program is the incredibly powerful kettlebell- able to torch fat and build strength leaving you with a lean and sculpted body. Sessions are 45-minutes in length and are truly small group (no more then ten scheduled participants at a time). KETTLEBELL SKILLS TRAINING: Learn hardstyle kettlebell basics from an RKC Certified Trainer, including the swing, clean, snatch, get-up, squat and variations on those moves. Sessions can be performed privately or with friends. Click here for pricing.
PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL: Westfield Fitness also offers traditional, prescheduled personal training which is recommended for those clients who have significant imbalances or physical limitations, including those who suffer from back pain, sports injuries or are post-surgery and rehab or for those who have serious scheduling issues.
